An ongoing series of Sunday morning talks will present the major themes of a 2,500 year-old approach to a fruitful life that is continually fresh and speaks directly to us today. You're warmly invited to join new and old students in engaging Chögyam Trungpa's presentation of the Buddha's Path of Individual Liberation for a contemporary audience.

Each Sunday senior students at the St. Margarets Bay Shambhala Centre will offer a talk and lead a discussion. No prior exposure to Buddhism is necessary. Meditation instruction is available on request.
