Weekday Meditation

Mindfulness-awareness meditation alternates with brief periods of walking meditation, led by an experienced meditation student or instructor.  Individual meditation instruction is also available. Open to all, no charge.

Sunday:  9:30 am until noon.  Come and leave as you like.

Wednesday: 7 to 8 pm (part of Open House program)
