All members and friends are invited to practice The Shambhala Sadhana: Discovering the Sun of Basic Goodness on the monthly Full Moon.

Sadhana is a Sanskrit word meaning a practice or method of accomplishment.  In the case of the Shambhala Sadhana, Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche shares the following:

"I have composed a sadhana known as the Shambhala Sadhana that helps us, through the powerful practice of meditation, deepen our insight and feeling of basic goodness and enlightened society."

Please join in this joyful group practice. The intention is to foster experiences of basic goodness both personally and as a society, and to further bind us as a wholesome community.

If you have questions, please email or call Shastri Alice Haspray at [email protected] or 902 821-2239.

Please do not wear scented personal care products to the centre.  There is a medical service dog working in the community.  Please 100% ignore the service dog for the safety and independence of the owner.
