Join us for a new series based on best-selling author and American-born Buddhist nun Pema Chödrön's most recent book.

In an increasingly polarized world, Pema Chödrön offers tools to find common ground, even when we disagree, so we can build a stronger and broader sense of community. In her first new book of spiritual teachings in more than seven years, Pema offers her fresh wisdom, heartfelt reflections, and the signature humor and insight that have made her a trusted guide during turbulent times.

Each Tuesday evening Open House includes sitting and walking meditation, a short talk by a Shambhala teacher, and an opportunity for contemplation and discussion.

Some copies of Welcoming the Unwelcome will be available for $20 at the first class on March 3. The book is not required for the series - its offered if you wish to buy a copy.

Initial Meditation Instruction offered each Tuesday at 7:00 pm.
